The Tech FAQ page keeps coming back as "Page Not Found," just so you know. I went there to try to see if my other question was covered, but there was no page to arrive at!

Can you please tell us which FAQ it is? What link are you using that is not working? If it has a URL, please provide it by right-clicking on the link and choosing copy shortcut, then paste it into your reply.

the tech faq no longer exists - there's just one, consise (err...more concise than before) faq page...
but it sounds like we're linking to it from somewhere...i bet it's the contact page (which i'll check) but do let us know if there are links to it elsewhere...

Aha, now THAT is easy fix. That was a direct copy and paste from last year's notice, and I hadn't realized it had changed. It's been fixed. Thanks for the heads up on that one!
Sorry about the delay. The issue has been resolved in the interim and I would have clarified for you sooner, but this thread completely disappeared. Today's been the first time it's shown up for me since I posted it.
