Does anyone else really enjoy this show? Specifically, I'm talking about the Russell T Davies one, but the sixties and seventies one is classic as well.

Oh my gosh I love this show! Can't wait for Season 4! My favorite Doctor is definetly the tenth just becuase I love his facial expressions:) Favorite villian....ooooo if I have to choose Cybermen.

I've only really watched the Russell T. Davies one, so I can't comment on older Doctors, but David Tennant is amazing. I liked Christopher Eccleston, but David Tennant is just perfect for the role.

Can't wait for the next serial to begin.

I love Doctor Who!

Series 4 had been confirmed to be starting in April, so that will keep spirits up when Screnzy begins and my plot falls apart.

While I love Tennant, my Doctor will always be Sylvester McCoy (the seventh Doctor). And my favourite baddies are actually the Daleks. (Though the weeping angels are up there as well.)

Have to say I've not been a massive fan of the Davies stuff. There's a few good episodes and Tennant's a great doctor, but it's just not what it could be. And it'll never live up to the older series at this rate.

My favourite doctor is, without a doubt, Tom Baker. So it's probably no surprise that my favourite assistant is the ever useless Sarah.

Favourite villain would be hard to choose. There's just so many of them. Davros? the Daleks in gneeral? The cybermen? The Sontarans or maybe the guys in loch ness who's name eludes me?

Guess at the end of the day I have to jsut go for the Wirrn. They'll always hold a special place in my heart...

Yep a fan of both old and new and have several on DVD, but my favourites overall would be from what is often regarded as Dr Who's "Golden Era" during the early to mid-70s.

Favourite Doctor: John Pertwee (Tom Baker second; Chris Eccleston third)
Favourite companion: Sarah Jane
Favourite Monster: Autons, Daleks, Giant Spiders, Blink Statues

Enjoy the new Davies era, but (call it "nostalgia" if you like (I'm 40 now), it doesn't quite have the charm of the older series for me. And I much prefer multi-episode stories with a cliffhanger ending - that's what Saturnday nights and Dr Who was all about as a kid in the 70s: the "torment" of having to wait a whole week to find out how the Doc and Friends were going to get out of the cliffhanger dire straits!! :-)

I feel exactly the same way and I'm a couple decades younger, so maybe not nostalgia, then. Still have great memories of the reruns on BBC during the 90's.

Enjoy it? Love it, totally. I'm not as familiar with the first 8 doctors, but David Tennant is awesome (as are the Blink angels). He's totally on my top ten list of people I would love to just have an hour to chat with. Actually, it may be top five. Anyway, I am very glad my friend got me hooked on the show and there may just be a tribute/reference to Doctor Who is our script...

Hmmm, I've never seen the old series but I've heard several say it was much better then the new series and I really like the new ones. I'll have to find a way to watch them now:)

Did some one say I have to wait till April for the new season!?! I new SciFi was airing it in April but I heard some were else it was in March *thoroughly confused*
