Anyone interested in a script-in that lasts all day?

Tentatively, I was thinking the 26th/27th, or possibly the 19th/20th - either 1 day, or both days if people prefered a 24 hours marathon. I'm not sure if I'm babysitting on the 26th or not, so can't confirm a date yet. I'll know tonight when I talk with my sister.

Location: The Purple Onion if 1 day, Perkins in St. Paul on University ave for overnight if 2 days.
(6:30am - midnight Purple Onion on Saturday.
Perkins from midnight to 7:45am Saturday late night to Sunday morning
Purple Onion at 8am - 2pm. (Latest for me.)

I definitely think we should. I fully intended on doing the NaNo one, but I ended up sitting in my room instead. This time I have a bus pass and a slightly better knowledge of where things are, so I should be a little more prepared.

I think the 19/20 would be better since it's more in the middle of the month, whereas the 26/27 seem more like a last-minute sort of thing, but I would be up for either.

I can do either too I just found out. So, lets make it official - The 19th/20th.

Next question: Do we want a 24 hour one? Or a one day marathon?
I'll do whatever others want to do. If at least one person will commit to a 24 hour one, I will commit also. (Or at least one person confirms that they will for sure show at the Perkins over night). LOL

I would definitely do the 24 hour one. Is it going to be like NaNo when you guys went from place to place, or are we sticking with Perkins the entire time? Doesn't matter to me--I was just curious. As long as I have the address to I can find the right bus stop, I'll be all set.

24 hours marathon is final. I'm in!

The Purple Onion from 8am to 11pm.
Then, we can all take my car to Perkins.
Perkins from 11pm to 7:45 or so. Breakfast at Perkins.
The Purple Onion from 8am to 2pm.

This will give us the best chance of getting the one outlet at Perkins. And, will save the most gas, as we will be in one car instead of several.

Why only 2 places? This makes is much easier for people to find us and join us when they can. And, its easier for people to remember 2 places if the site goes down. :D

I'm available the weekend of the 19th and am willing to say i will make it 24 hours. After that point, we will see!

Yes! 3 people for a 24 hours script-in. I'm stoked now! And yes, it will be good for you! 24 hours plus of pure peaceful, tranquil scripting and a good possibility of winning.

As long as we are buying food at The Purple Onion and giving them lots of business, they will be cool with it. :D Matter of a fact, they'll love us! How many customers buy more than one meal a day? Or more than one drink? :D

I'm totally in for 24 hours! I might have to steal a laptop from a friend as mine has a broken screen and I'm using a monitor, and I can't exactly lug it around, but I'll figure something out. Will def. be there.

I can see if my sister will let me bring her's. Usually she does. Her's works on battery better than mine does if necessary. At any rate, I'll have 2 laptops with most likely. So, if you can't borrow one, I should be able to have you covered.
