In addition to the "official" write-ins, where MLs (and possibly swag??) will be, people sometimes like to just get out and write someplace that's well... NOT home.

So if you're planning to be out there in the great... out there... and want some company, post up here with location and time, and maybe some of us block-head writers with no motivation will come join you.

De Anza College has free wifi in the cafeteria. I try to write before and after work a li'l bit. Ian has great coffee, they have (not so) great snacks at the food court and you are not forced to consume anything while you sit there and write. Give me a buzz if you want to join now and then.

The Barefoot Coffee group of Frenziers and NaNoers will be at it again this Thursday, and every Thursday, from noon until about 3:00. Stevens Creek Blvd at Lawrence in the shopping center with Bed Bath & Beyond.

It's slightly after 3:00 (Sunday the 13th) and I'm at Cafe Noto on the Windsor Green.

There should be at least one other person on the way, but everyone is welcome! I'll be here until 5 or 6, so feel free to stop by. There's wireless internet, free electricity, unintrusive background music, and, while I haven't tried the coffee, I can certainly vouch for the smoothies and iced tea.
