Self Help

Is anyone else writing for the purpose of self help? The act of writing can bring realizations, life orientation, and increased happiness.

RE: Self Help

I'm not writing anything like that for script frenzy. I started to write a self help book a while ago, but then I felt like my brain was going to explode and I stopped. It seemed like there was just so much to inlude. (Plus I'm only 16, so I didn't want to put it out there and have people saying "heyy this writers a teenager! they don't know what their talking about! *throws book away*.")
:[
how are you doing with it?

RE: Self Help

I'd suggest that you dust off your self-help book and keep going.

The act of writing the book can be a wonderful self-help exercise.

You don't have to be perfect. If you wish you can print your book via Lulu.com. You can choose whether to go public or just print it for yourself.

Best wishes with whatever you decide.

RE: Self Help

Oh wow I've never heard of that website before. Thanks a lot :]
Good luck with your script, too. Looking at your page count, it seems like your doing really good! I'm wtiring frantically now, trying to get my page count where its supposed to be. But then I come back the forums and procrastinate. :]

RE: Self Help

Keep on cranking. It helps to take breaks (forums or whatever). You can be more productive when you get back to it.
