Lousy Writer is probably right; your order most likely didn't go through, and don't worry, the store folks won't send you stuff that hasn't been paid for.
Since the store crew doesn't read the forums, you'll have to contact them directly, using the form that Lousy Writer provided. You might also consider filing a bug report with the tech team so that they can look into it and see if it's a recurring problem.
