I'm going to scan the script that I write by hand to validate. The problem is, I'm going to upload the pages one by one- all 100. Is there any way that I can put all 100 of those scanned pages into one PDF file?

You'll need to combine all your pages into one document.
Or you can submit a proxy file (some sort of blank 100 page file) in order to validate.
