EXT: STREETS OF DALECROWNS NEAR OUTER WALL: NEAR MIDNIGHT

Few commoners walk about. Celestial guards walk the top of the wall. Sounds of war drift over the wall.

TRANSISION TO:

EXT: BATTLE FIELD OUTSIDE DALECROWNS

Demons and devils battle each other. Celestials can be seen on the walls watching. All demons and devils suddenly freeze in place. Sounds of war cease and RASHNUE appears on the field.

RASHNUE
This war is at an end on the mortal plane. Demons return to the abyss and devils return to the hells. You can only come to the mortal plane if called by a mortal from this day forward. Once here you can only call forth one other if you are allowed by the mortal who summoned you.

Commoners began filling the walls of the city to see and hear Rashnue’s decree.

RASHNUE
I call the other gods forth to help send the demons and devils back.

Moments later other gods and goddesses start appearing. They instantly start banishing demons and devils and their hoard of minions at Rashnue’s bidding.

All demons and devils are removed after one hour and time begins to roll forward again. The celestials and mortals send up a CHEER in reverence to the gods for ending the war on their world.
