I know it's early yet but I have two business trips coming up and I want to make sure this doesn't slip through the cracks...

I want to do this at Famous Dave's BBQ in Redlands. Probably on a weekend. After April (duh.) So what's good for you? When CAN you make it? (Honestly, it's easier to keep track of when people are able to attend than when they can't.

Rank these times/dates in order of preference to help.

Fri. June 6 (evening)
Sat. June 7 (afternoon)
Sun. June 8 (afternoon)
Fri. June 13 (yes, I know! ...evening)
Sat. June 14 (afternoon)

Sunday, June 15th is Father's Day which is OK with me but I don't want to interfere with anyone's plans so that's probably out.

My preference would be:
June 7
June 8
June 14
and June 6

As far as afternoon times, let me know what is GOOD for you (when you CAN make it). I don't know how busy the restaurant is, so mid-afternoon like 1:00 PM or later would probably translate to smaller crowds.

So let's talk about this...

I have school Saturdays in May until September until noon in Redlands so Saturday after 12:30 would be great. Are we talking June or May though...?

Good catch. I guess my brain is more scrambled than I thought. Yes, we should do this in MAY and not June... sheesh.

I have a friend coming in from out of state the first weekend in May, so I won't be able to make it then. The 2nd Saturday might work, but only if it's later in the day, later as in probably after about 4. Part of the trouble for me is that I work in Yucaipa during the week, so I'm out here already Mon-Fri and would have to drive up from Anaheim on a Saturday, which I am very willing to do. I'll be halfway there on the 10th, which is part of why that would probably be a good day for me.

ETA: 10th looks good. I can come.

All right, now it looks like the thing I had going on the 10th is being moved to a different weekend, so I might be free any time that day. Let me know what you're thinking. It would be easier to get a table in the late afternoon than if we wait until a little later. Famous Daves is a pretty hoppin' place on the weekends.

The only Famous Dave's I've been to is in Tennessee so I'll take your suggestion for a good time on May 10th. Later afternoon? I dunno... 3-ish? Or would you suggest later?
