Stuck for pages? Top 3 ideas for extending your script...

For those who get stuck, here's the top 3 page makers, in order of what will give you the most pages the fastest:

1) Has the characters have a conversation using only "you know", "but", "really", "well...", etc. And, if really stuck, have them travel around a mansion while having that conversation. You will have to change the location every time they enter a new room.

2) Have no one at the table listening to the question "What salad dressing you have?" and "What drinks do you have?". Then you have every one at the table reask the question and have the waiter/waitress retell the entire list.

Variations on this:

Have one character who needs everything translated for them. The more languages you know, the more people you can add that need sentence stated in their language.

Have one character who simply doesn't understand what was said, and needs to have the sentence stated differently.

3) Have a character replay the entire argument that had happened early that day, outloud to herself, while she walks around the house picking up things, cleaning the house. Have the character argue with herself about what she should have said, what they would have said, and so on...playing out every conceivable possible scenario.

Dialogue idea:

Have a Democrate, Republican, Communist, Libertarian and a Green Party argue about each political hotspot: Welfare, Meds, laws, education...and so on. Should be good for a few pages. Remember, you can always edit it out later. :D
