The Playwright's Companion and The Dramatists Sourcebook will give you all the info you need to submit your script to contests, regional theatres, workshops, etc.
But before you do that, why not stage a reading yourself? You can do it informally at your home with a few friends, or you could round up a director and actors and open it up to the public. Either way you'll get the immediate rush of hearing your play performed and you'll learn a lot in the process. Dialog that looks great on the page may be clunky when spoken aloud. Actors may give you insight into their characters that you never realized, or have questions for you about their motivation that reveals underwritten parts. Audience members hearing your play fresh can alert you to inconsitencies, etc. Plus it's fun.
