It doesn't say on the profile but I'm guessing there's some sort of limit...or isn't there? Sorry if this is a stupid question; I just don't want to make something that doesn't work or makes the page all wonky.

Hmm. That's an excellent question! I believe they're supposed to be resized... but I can't say for certain. I'm one of those stricken with the broken edit profile, so I can't test to see.

Would you be willing to try various sizes (including something stupidly large) to see what it will accept, and what happens for us?

Alright, I tried some stuff and it's kind of strange...it said 200x200 pixels is the maximum size, but when I uploaded something 137x200 it scaled it bigger, to 150x224. And something 100x100 got scaled to 150x150.

150x200 and 150x150 work fine, and I'm guessing 200x200 would but I don't have anything that size.

okay, that's just weird! I'll put in a note about it.

Okay, here's another profile picture weirdness.

I've tried a few times to upload an avatar for my profile. It shows up fine from my home computers, but nobody else can see it, including me when I'm at work, and I have no idea why.

The issue with the profile pic is different from the one with the poster. I am not sure what the problem is -- it seems to me that it might be a server caching issue but I clearly do not know for sure. My profile pic will show on different computers, but only some of the time. So, right now it does not show for me, but if I come back later it might. Definitely something is not right, I just don't know how to troubleshoot it more for the tech team.
