You can save it as an Adobe, and then click on My Script Frenzy. Click on Edit Writer Info, and in the Page Count Validator hit browse and select your script. It will count the number of your pages, so that you can prove that you have as many pages as you say you have. Beyond that, I haven't found any area to actually upload your script. You could post it on a blog or something if you want feedback :)
Could be that I've missed something though. I'm new this year also, so I'll keep an eye on this topic to see if there's something I haven't yet found.
