Not sure if I should have posted this in the serial killer thread.

I'm writing a slasher movie... kind of a funnier,cuter, grosser Friday the 13th... any idea about what page people should start kicking the bucket?

I've never written anything like this before! Fun!

How about page 2 or 3? Hit the ground running, bleeding and/or choking on beef jerky.

Oh, there should definitely be an early death in a prologue kind of way, and THEN the main characters show up.

And there's always the ALMOST-murder, where someone manages to get away from the killer. That's always a fun way to create tension.
