We seem like such an empty genre, with only two other topics.
So I was just wondering: Is anyone actually writing a script about teens?
And would you care to tell us a little bit about your plot or characters?
Or share any tips for this genre?

My script's about teens.
It's basically a story about this girl, Meredith, who's moving into a new house. She makes a new friend named Ashton, but it turns out she is in a bad group of friends. So, when Ashton takes Meredith to sit with her at lunch, her friends make Meredith leave. When Ashton doesn't leave the table to sit with her, Meredith gets mad at her... but then it gets blown entirely out of hand, and ends up with someone trying to commit suicide.
{precisely the reason I haven't posted in here... I didn't think this would be a very family-friendly storyline. xD}

I am! But that is mostly because I am a teenager and I feel like we need to be represented properly in films. My script is about a bunch of guys who are trying to be cool but are really just being hopelessly obnoxious. And then this girl who secretly has a deadly disease and is pretty weird (she is based on myself) becomes friends with them and helps them. And then at the end the guys find out that she has this disease and they help her out...somehow. I'm thinking about having a little romance in it but I am not entirely sure. It's going to be funny, anyway.

My script has teens, but they are mostly catalysts for my adult main characters. See, one of my main characters coaches a teen soccer team in his spare time, and there's one plot point about him finding out that one of his players does drugs. (Yes, I'm not kidding myself, I'm ripping off Friday Night Lights like mad here.)

But I'm way behind at only 12 pages, so maybe the teenagers' part will yet be expanded as I write...

Well, I put my script into the "teens" category only because it plays at a boarding school and includes teenagers from 15 to 18. :D
It's about this guy, Liam, who starts out a new school year at this school basically as a punshiment. (The reason for that comes out later in the story.) At the beginning, he gets dragged into this gang that plays a lot of pranks on people. Even though he doesn't want to join them he does anyway because his roommate warns him about the consequenses of opposing the leader of that gang. So Liam gets help from his roommate Damian (and his nerd-friends) and they prevent most of the more serious pranks by the gang. (Like, when they try to ruin the autumn festivities by sabotaging the ... uh-uh how do you call that? Parade cars? You know, with all the stuff on it. <- I don't realy know how to call that since my native languag is German and I usually don't write about that stuff in English :D)
In the end they get hold on the gang leader's records of his planned pranks and he gets punished along with his gang members. Including Liam of course.

There's a little bit of romance at the edges. :D

*raises hand* Me! My MC's are all teens, although it's really a fantasy teen script. Mia, my FMC, is a 16 year old girl who has wings through a coencidence from when she was about six. Then there's Jake, whose 17, and is the only other person who has wings, and Liam (16), who is the crown price with reality issues. It's really one big tangle of drama, a touch of romance, and things never quite going right, but I'm hoping that it ends up being a fairly okay script.

the 4 MC's range from 16-19. Some of the events in this are based on things that really happened. one of the girls is based on me (17) and then I have another girl, her name is Elaina but is known by "E" (16) and then there is "D" (real name is Elijah Drew. Goes by "D") and then Bob (19). They come together under really strange circumstances, and then form a band eventually called, "Touched By an Angel" and traveling around the world. It's actually very amusing.
