Last I heard, Gitmo was the one shut down.

It has not been fully shut down yet, although Obama has suspended prosecutions for 120 days (as of the day after his inauguration) to review cases so that prosecutions can move forward correctly. The plan is to have it shut down within a year, but because there aren't full files on some of the prisoners and because of questions over where some of them would be moved, it might take longer than that.

The Naval Base will continue to operate after the detention facility is closed. An important fact you are not seeing discussed at length, although it has been mentioned is that there are about 200 people there that no other country will allow into it's borders. They are very bad guys that want to do bad things. They have been offered to a number of countries and none will allow them entry.
