Does anyone else have a plan to have the criminal sort of win and kill off the main character in the end? Or am I just weird? I don't know, I may not have the heart to kill her by the time it's over. I'm starting to get more attached than I should...

Definitely! I haven't decided which ending to go with yet - the one where most of the "good guys" die, or the one where all of them die.
I'm a sucker for plots where the bad guy wins; I love them.

I'll keep my main character alive.

Well, I just killed one of my villains. But I had a near death with my MC, he beat her up badly.

But when the squeal comes around... well, we'll see who dies then.

Well I will have at least one of my main charcters die, (since there are three) and I like to make people cry...it's kinda a good idea. Especially if you like the character and you know other people will like them too. Cause then they are like, "Ohmygosh that was so sad but I loved it!" You know? So go for it!
