Like the subject says, I'm doing a story based off of Doctor Who. Just wondering if anyone else is doing the same...

I would of... but my horror idea took over.
Basically I was going to explain how Galifrey could still be around. My only hint is a couple of Tom Baker episodes gave me the idea.
