Scenes all over the place

Even though I've plotted out my script, I'm having problems writing it all the way through. I have my opening, a scene halfway into the first act, the midpoint and some of act 3 written. Does anyone else write like this? Or am I being schizophrenic?

RE: Scenes all over the place

In that respect I've cheated with my screenplay. It's structured so the scenes (a mixture of flashbacks and flashforwards without a linear narrative) could be swapped around.

However, I have written that way when writing a novel before. It's nothing to worry about. Just write as much as you can and then spend next month editing and filling in the gaps.

RE: Scenes all over the place

It's a natural way for many writers. You shouldn't be worry about that.
