When to force page breaks... and is MORE used any more...

When do you force page breaks? I have scenes that end quickly on the next page, dialog that travels over two pages, etc.

Also I am a bit confused. Some guides tell you to use CONTINUED and MORE, others say those are out dated, what is the correct format now?

If your dialog goes from one page to the other then you do use MORE. But most people prefer to start it on the next page if it won't fit in the first one.

What I like about Final Draft is it does that automatically, and it has a setting for two people talking at once (split dialogue/dual dialogue). It has several other advantages as well.
