RE: 80 Pages Shout out! |
I managed to push myself up 17 pages today without writing a single word. I knew there was a reason I didn't format earlier on!
Words: 15669
Cups of tea made: One.
Cups of tea subsequently spat out: One.
Character killings: One.
Words still available for use: One.
Dares taken: Four. |

Whew. Hit 80 last night. I have to admit, I'm getting tired -- these last 20 pages couldn't come fast enough.

AHHH! 88! But I don't know if I can get those last two pages out to get me to 90, right at more awkward parts. Stupid romance.

RE: 80 Pages Shout out! |
Wow, this is so exciting! I was writing, and reached 72 pages (on Zhura) so I was going to go write about it in the 70 page board. But then, I saw someone wrote about how they had extra pages from PDF'ing. So, I did that, and OMG it's 80 pages! Only 20 left! But the story is not close to being over XD
Don't blink. |

Reaching 80 with 10 days left feels so good! With only 20 pages left I have no doubt that I can reach 100! This is so exciting! :D

RE: 80 Pages Shout out! |
Reached 83 and didn't even know it at first.
I wrote 5 pages instead of my daily ration of 4, but I didn't know because my Internet connection was down, and in Celtx you can only TypeSet to get the count when you're online.
So I did better than before. But you know what they say: the final 17 pages are the hardest.
My main concern is that my grand finale will fall shorter than expected and that my story will be over on page 96.

RE: 80 Pages Shout out! |
Wow. I hit Write or Die twice (for a grand total of 2K words), and I ended up with seven pages of script out of it. I've got 84 pages now. And fifteen more pages left to this volume...I might just make it. And if not...well, I suppose I can fit an Extra chapter in.
It's midnight and I'm tired, so I think I'm going to go to sleep now. See if I can keep writing come morning. If nothing else, I'll just make Aizawa be violent...he's good at that (physical comedy).

RE: 80 Pages Shout out! |
Got there just a minute ago. I'm on the front end of the climax, and I'm starting to think the tail end won't come until 110. This thing's gonna amount to like 2 flippin hours!
I wrote quite a bit today. Pretty proud of the story too. I think I'm gonna finish it up Friday, when we have a day off school and a nice long weekend.

RE: 80 Pages Shout out! |
I hit 80 pages over the weekend. I didn't write at all yesterday! I feel things wrapping up with the script - it will be hard to squeeze 100 pages out of the material I have left!

Yes! I made it! Is writing supposed to get easier the nearer you get to the end? Because for me, it's not. That could be because I have no plot and am just doing random scenes. But it's giving me pages! So woo hoo! And to anyone and everyone else who reached this point, we are all amazing! Go ScriptFrenzy!
Warning: Prolonged exposure to this writer may result in spontanious acts of insanity. You have been warned. |

RE: 80 Pages Shout out! |
Yahoo! I just made it to page 80 myself. I was worried at first that I wouldn't make it to 100, since I started a week and a half late (I just found out about ScriptFrenzy on the 10th), but once I got past the first 20 pages or so, it just started flowing. I'm on a ROLL, baby!
Of course, now I'm less worried about whether I can manage to write 100 pages in time, and more concerned about whether I can write 100 pages that don't actually SUCK. Aye, there's the rub.

RE: 80 Pages Shout out! |
FINALLY hit 80 pages ...
I was on such a ROLL the first ten days of the month, and I've been dragging ever since. It doesn't help that my story shifted and kept changing and flailing around, and what I thought was the middle was actually the end, and so I'm just writing random filler to flesh out the characters and whatnot.
Blah.
Even though I only have 20 pages left, I'm still not certain I'm going to make it. But one week should be sufficient time to write 20 pages. Right?
Right?

RE: 80 Pages Shout out! |
Whee! I just hit the top of page 80!!! (I count when I hit the page rather than when I finish because I'm writing TV specs which occasionally have forced page breaks that aren't full pages but when you print the script you still have to prin that page.)

Saturday 4/25-page 80.
Yay!
And much more encouragingly to me, I have a few scenes mapped out so I know where I'll be going in the next few writing sessions.
Good luck all.

Am at 81 and a half pages. The half is so important! Feel like I can make it to the end now - just two days ago I was despairing of the whole thing. Ah, the rollercoaster that is Script Frenzy!
