 Here we go again - how do you list characters if two people speak at once?

Two people speak the same line simultaneously. How do you format the character name?

SANDY AND AVIS
(loudy, simultaneously)

What are you doing?

SANDY
(loudly)
What are you doing?

AVIS
(simultaneously)
What are you doing?
