You could try asking these questions in the Celtx forum. You might get more of a response there. I've never run into the problem of running out of spaces for the characters, so I can't help you there. When I did my musical last year, I also wrote several other scripts to reach the 100 page goal, so I just exported the whole mess into a different type of document and added a page for the song list there.
