I have a person explaining a legend. It starts off with him telling the story, and then I want it to move so that you see what is going on in the legend while his voice is a voice over. Should each section of the legend (the clips will take in different parts) be a seperate scene with the character's voice over in each, or would that be a montage or something with the voice over?

every time the picture in your head changes that's a new scene unless you do a montage with a voice over. Either one works.
