combinging PDFs?

OK, so I was using Scripted. It stoped saving after a while so I made another script and continued writing. My problem is how do I combine the PDFs to make one for validation? And with Scripted you can't cut and paste :(

Also, when can we validate to win? I'm moving into a new house soon and I'm hoping the computer will be up before April is over. (It's not down yet but it will be soon...)

Thanks in advance for any help!

RE: combinging PDFs?

The nature of a PDF means you'll probably need to create a new document, paste both scripts into it, and create a new PDF. There's not really a way to merge PDFs without special software (the kind you pay for) that I know of. Well, it probably exists. This FAW outlines the process: http://www.scriptfrenzy.org/eng/helpfaq#node-2006832

Official validation traditionally starts on the 25th of the month.

RE: combinging PDFs?

OK thanks! But how do I do that with Scripted where you can't cut and paste?

RE: combinging PDFs?

Worst comes to worst, you could always count up your pages, make a Word document with that many pages of random text (in Word 2003 you type "=rand(80,80)" without the quotes - that'll get you pretty close) and convert that to a PDF. It's a bit dirty, but it works. ;)

RE: combinging PDFs?

It's not dirty at all. :) It's actually quite kosher!
