What if there are no corners? What can you write yourself into?

The overall subject is "writing yourself into a corner."

What if there are no corners? What if you have the opposite problem? Suppose you are two pages from the end, and you realize that your play was designed from the beginning to have an infinite number of acts, and that it cannot really ever end, unless you just put down a period (.) and just say, that's it.

What do you do?

RE: What if there are no corners?

Write two pages, have any character ask any question (meaningful or random) and then Fade Out.

Then, if you wish, continue the story in next year's Script Frenzy and the one after that, and the one after that, and the one after that, and the one after that....
