Logline

I don't want to sound dumb, but I was just wondering what the "Logline" is, and what the "My Script" section is. This is my first Script Frenzy, and I want to know what I put in these areas.

Thanks,

Michael

How do I stop getting emails of regional posts?

I really really don't want to get every post in my regional forum emailed to me (my email is a bit flaky at best, and it doesn't take much for it to block messages I WANT to receive). How can I stop getting bunches of emails containing posts that I can see when I check the forums?

Nitpicky font color issues P:

Okay, just a quick note. I absolutely love the color scheme of the site; it looks gorgeous. Better than the NaNoWriMo site, and that one set my expectations high, haha! ...Except. When I hover my mouse over a link, you get your default 90's html royal blue, and it clashes with everything. Maybe you guys could change it to a more fitting color?

Calendar?

I hope there will be a calendar like in the last Nano, as it really helped keep me on track! I would cut & paste dates, where I should be, into my blog. I hope.... hint hint

How do I set up a new Forum Region?

Any idea how to create a new region? There's nothing near me (Northampton, England). I run two writing groups in the town so probably wouldn't mind being a Municipal Liaison.

I couldn't find anything other than joining an existing region in the FAQs on Script Frenzy or NaNoWriMo (which I've done and won twice).

Help please!

How do we subscribe?

In my notifications it tells me I have to subscribe to a certain forum topic before I can set up notifications.

I don't see a button for that. All I see is an rss feed, which is great but I want emails.

Am I blind?

Mark Posts as Read?

In other forums I'm in, there's a feature where you can click one button and mark all the threads as being "read" - even if you haven't actually looked at them. It's quite handy for knowing when there's actually a new thread, as opposed to one that I've seen, but which I'm really not interested in looking at. (That sounds mean, put that way, but... I think you know what I mean.)

Is there any way we could have something like that here? It's a little tedious to go into every single thread just so I know when an actually new thread has been added.

Years Won

One of the things I love about Nanowrimo is that on each person's profile page they can fill out the years they have participated and the years they have won.

Is there any thought about adding this feature into Script Frenzy? I know that I for one really like seeing that information.

Search

I remember, on the NaNoWriMo website, if you went to "search" and in forums/content you typed in someone's user name, it would show all of the forums they had posted on. However, when I was trying to find my friend's posts, they wouldn't pop up even though she told me she had posted. And when I typed in my own username to see if I would come up, it only listed "Forums" and took me to the list of forums. Is there a way we can make this "search" more specific like NaNoWriMo's search?
