An Excerpt from Once Upon A Time in Iceland
This is probably the best idea I've gotten so far.
I always wanted to make a film in a non-linear timeline, like Pulp Fiction. So, I got the idea.
The film starts with a man named Halldór. Halldór is walking early as fuck (like 5 in the morning) on Christmas Day towards a neighborhood. He has a sidebag. He is interrupted when he comes across the town football field. On the field is a man lying face-down with an axe in his head. And next to him is his murderer. The murderer and Halldór exchange a staredown until a chase starts.
What the hell was Halldór doing outside at 5 in the morning on Christmas Day? What was in his bag? Who was the man on the field and why was he killed?
A series of chapters will reveal a lot of questions, and answer them as well.
