When I create a new topic today, I am seeing a new field on the Submit Forum topic page. It is below the Body field and is called "Log Message", with a description of being something to explain your motivations to other authors...

So, what is this for? Or is it a glitch?

Russ has been playing around with the permissions, so I'm betting it has something to do with it. I'll look into it.
