If I was to write a 60 min TV Show script then say for example 8 short film scripts consisting of 5 mins each, could I in turn still win script frenzy as the total there would be 100 mins which is 100 pages. I am really confused if you can submit various types of screenplays this time for example, a few shorts, a tv script and a stage play for example????

As long as it's at least 100 pages, you can submit whatever scripts you want. I know someone who is adapting a couple short stories and then a much longer one.

Now I am really confused and was wondering if you or anyone could help or clarify this for me, basically when I edit the script info it does not allow me to select say for example a short film and a tv show as the drop down box only lets you select on or the other???? The thing that really confuses me when you select Short Film'-S- as in more than one from the drop down box it only lets you specify one script title???? Is there a way to let people know on script frenzy that you are working on more than one screenplay??

Please be patient with the site. This is Year Two of Script Frenzy, and they have made many changes since Year One. I can't believe the site is running as well as it is with all the stuff they've got going on.

The original design called for one stage or screenplay per writer (or writer team) - one format, one title. This year the creative masterminds at the Office of Letters and Light have expanded the ScriFry to include other script formats, which means some people will have multiple titles for their multiple short films, TV shows, etc. So the profile page has not been modified yet to keep up with this detail change; I'm sure the ScriFry geek squad (copyright infringement, oh no! Sorry, Best Buy...) will address this issue soon. Until then, pick one of your formats and one of your titles, and enter that info.

If you want, you can update your info each week; when you finish the first short film, change the name of your work in progress to the title of your second short film, or update your info to show you're now working on a TV script. You know, have fun with it. Or, depending on how much space the site allows you, you could try to list your multiple titles all on the same line (separated by commas).

Sorry I really did not mean to come across as impatient there I can appreciate you have a lot of work to do, and its good to know that this feature will be added onto that part soon which is all I wanted know really overall. Thank You!

My writing partner and I are doing two scripts since radio dramas run at under an hour so I'm just doing everything with a backslash to accommodate two titles and whatnot.

ie: script one/script two

Nothing really fancy, but it seemed the easiest option. Of course, both of our scripts are radio dramas so we don't have to worry about the genre issue.

I'm not affiliated with Script Frenzy other than as a participant; I don't know if this is something they are working on, but I'm assuming it is on their list as they make all the minor adjustments and modifications that need to be made along the way. Have you asked your ML about it? MLs have a more direct line to The Powers That Be, and could get an answer for you on whether or not they're working on changing this feature of the profiles, and when you could expect to see the change.

(I'm sorry if I was harsh/impatient - I have come across some very rude, impatient, and ungrateful people on the boards in the past [mostly the NaNo boards] complaning about the site and being overall jerks about minor things when the guys in charge are working their butts off to fix the bugs. I guess in my reply I was reacting to those guys more than to you; you were not anywhere near the level of those guys, but I hold a grudge so I kind of took things out on you. Sorry.)
