Throwback to my youth

I find that listening to a lot of 80s and 90s keeps me writing. After all, when I look back to when I was in my teens and into my 20s, that has somehow kept my fingers moving.

I would definitely recommend music from the 80s and the 90s. Somehow, the music from those decades tends to get my creative juices flowing (aside from doing my writing @ Starbucks, which is a whole other forum topic in and of itself). For some reason, music sounded way better in those days than it does most of the time today.

You might want to try it sometime.

RE: Throwback to my youth

Moved and seconded! I mean, uh, I agree. (I've been watching too much 1776 again...)

I love listening to older music, especially bands that I know so well it's easy to tune them out. I listen to heckuva lot of The Beatles(though that's... pretty far off the 80's/90's mark, I know), Oasis, The Kinks, chill bands.
