My name is Sherlock Jones. I get it, I know, “Where’s Watson, Sherlock?” Ha ha, very funny. I can’t help that my parents were the holders of the world’s largest Sherlock Holmes collection. Books, figurines, tea cosies. You name it, they got it. Luckily most of my class wouldn’t go near a book but when The Hound of the Baskervilles came out, that was it. Endless teasing, but the thing is I couldn’t move schools or anything because my parent’s precious collection couldn't either, under any circumstances. How I wished that a huge freak tornado would come, pick me up and drop me in some foreign country where no one had ever heard of that same-name detective. But still, life goes on. So I’ve been PC Jones here, in this quiet English town, where nothing ever happens for seven years. I’m still waiting for that tornado.
