MuseBloggers come here!

Of course, anyone who isn't a MuseBlogger can come too – we're always happy to brainw - enlighten someone new – but you might be a bit confused.

So, hi. Nice to see you here. Are you ready?

P.S. For those who didn't know, littlefarmgirl = Alice = A Mouse Named Alice. Just thought I'd let you know. Most people who didn't already know could probably guess, but yeah.

RE: MuseBloggers come here!

Ohhhhhh. Hi Alice. I was looking around to see if I could find any other MuseBloggers, but since I didn't know anybody else's usernames, I came here to check if there was anyone posting about it here. Thank goodness there is!

Take a wild guess as to who I am. I couldn't think of any original usernames. =/

Q for other MBers: How many of you plan to work Muserly elements into your plots? I know some people did Muse Academy stuff for NaNo, and I think hot pink bunnies could liven up any script.

RE: MuseBloggers come here!

Yup. This username is pretty much invalid now, seeing as I live in the country and my dad sold the sheep, but whatever...

TMFA's doing YWP, but he's probably reading every word we say anyway, so hi TMFA!

My script has no plan. I'm sure there will be Muserly elements, but I don't know what they are yet.

RE: MuseBloggers come here!

Is that the same username you used last year?

My script has no plan either. More likely I'll just go with whatever plot twist comes to mind. (In other words, there will be many.) I'm also going to try and use a lot of the "dares", since those will provide much inspiration.

I'm pretty sure it's going to be fantasy/sci fi-ish, though, since that genre is most likely to hold my attention for a month.

RE: MuseBloggers come here!

Oh yes, this is actually the same account I used last year. For a while it had last year's wordcount and everything.

The dares are fun. I might use some of them, but I have trouble using other people's ideas. I know I'll have a lot of people named after MBers.

My vague plan is about a bunch of people on a quest, in a world where quests are really common, sort of like games. Or something. I don't really know. I'll have to wait till April to figure it out.

RE: MuseBloggers come here!

Oh, cool. I didn't do it last year. But I think you already knew that.

I don't really consider it to be other people's ideas, because the fun part is trying to work as many as possible into your story.

My temporary idea (until I come up with something better) is to write a script where kids from the past 50 years (this story takes place some time in the future) were frozen through cyrogenetics, and then they get "re-born" into this new world that they know nothing about. Alternating kids would be the "main characters", sort of like in RRR SMAS-TT. I came up with this idea a little while ago, but since I never really wrote anything about it I figure this would be a good time to.

Of course, I'm sure I'll change it a gajillion times before actually deciding on an actual plot. On April 25th, I'm sure.

RE: MuseBloggers come here!

That sounds cool. Screen or stage?

I really want to do stage play, but it'll probably end up being screen because I'll want to move around a lot.

I might use dares. They're quite funny.

RE: MuseBloggers come here!

Hi CatsMeow and Alice (I thought you were A Mouse Named Alice, but I wasn't sure...)!

I finally found the MB thread! I thought that more people would have signed up already, but I guess not. It's still kind of early...

I'm not really ready, but I'm excited. I think I'm going to do a sequel-thing to last year's screenplay, and I had a lot of fun writing it. I know what you mean about the moving-around thing... I wanted to do a play last year (because the formatting is so much easier), but it just wouldn't work out.

Brainwash? Of course we wouldn't brainwash people... wait... never mind. *hides picture of a hot pink bunny behind back*

RE: MuseBloggers come here!

I haven't decided yet. I really don't know much about the different formats...can someone explain a little?

purplefinch: Who are you? Sorry if I'm missing some little clue, but I'm a little slow right now. x.X

RE: MuseBloggers come here!

I'm, um, purplefinch. I was Ruffled Grouse and Common Loon, like TMFA said, for a little bit in the beginning, but I've been on MB for more than a year and a half (I think...). I have been a semi-lurker for a while...

And that's okay, I'm always a little slow. :D

RE: MuseBloggers come here!

Hello, this is Pan, as my username obviously says.

I have absolutely NO idea what my plot or anything is, but I'm not going to be able to think about it until I have an idea for my mystery story, a gigantic assignment for English class.
