I signed up on this site so that i could type in my script and then have it do the count of words or whatever for me.

I just signed up today and not sure where I actually start? isn't there some sort of format already prepared so that you can just go there and type in what you want to say?

I have been waiting for this since December. I hate to find out that i can't do what i planned here.

You need to write your script in a word processor or screenwriting program.

Check out writer's resources tab if you need wp templates for formatting.

When you're written you can upload the script to verify page count. In the meantime, those nice little progress bars to the left are done on an honour system. Edit your page count in your profile.

How do I upload in order to get counted, then?

That option will be available later this month. For now, page count is on the honor system, and can be entered manually under "My Script Frenzy." The official validator will also be located there as well when it is activated close to the end of the month.
