How do you format a Voice Over in a TV Script?

I cannot find anything on how to do voice overs for a TV Script. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You do voice over in a TV script the same as in a film script -- put (V.O.) next to the character's name who is speaking the dialogue.

BUFFY (V.O.)
Sometimes it's not enough to be
willing to sacrifice yourself...
you have to be willing to sacrifice
your friends....

Include the following after the character tag: (V.O.)

So it'd look like this:

BERNICE (V.O.)
Dear Madeline, I'm so sorry to hear
about the loss of your husband.

And then just put it into the action that it's over.
