ANZAC Day/ Weekend meet-ups/lunch/coffee?

I'm going to be in Sydney on ANZAC day (I'm marching with the Hawkesbury Band - no option : ) )
and am wondering if anyone wants to join me after the march somewhere in Syd or on the weekend. Just a thought. Else see u at Chi-Hoon's or Jean's or Nano or - somewhere. Reply here or PM me for my mobile #. I don't mind if nothing happens this weekend.

Alas, can't make it up to Sydney on the weekend. I hope to be at the Last Night Write-In.

I wouldn't mind doing something on Saturday (or Friday, if the busses are running - not sure how they're affecte don Anzac day.) Any excuse to get out of North Ryde. ;-) Anything particular in mind?

RE: ANZAC Day/ Weekend meet-ups/lunch/coffee?

I should be available after 1 - 1:30 on Friday after my band finishes doing the march then I can meet u somewhere that serves reasonably priced food & in Central/George & Elizabeth st area if you want to eat, or elsewhere I can catch a train or bus to.
On Sat I can meet whenever & wherever you'd prefer.
I don't know if anyone else's going to join in but I'm still happy to meet up with you. The website www.131500.info has information on buses etc.

RE: ANZAC Day/ Weekend meet-ups/lunch/coffee?

It looks like there ARE busses running on Friday, but they're relatively few and far between. Saturday looks like it might be a better option. I'm totally fine with the central George/Elizabeth area but I have no ideas about where to go, I'm still pretty much a stranger to the CBD :-) So if you have any ideas, I'll go with whatever. Maybe we could arrange to meet somewhere/somewhen and just wander a bit until we find someplace?
