Short Film - Formatting Day Dream sequence

My script is also my major work for my screen-writing class, and will be handed in on Monday.

I'm wondering how one would write a daydream sequence - similar to the daydreams on Scrubs - in a script.

At the moment I have 'CUT TO DAYDREAM', but nothing I can find really discusses how daydream sequences appear in scripts.

Thanks!

Here's the link to a Scrubs script if you want to check that out.
