You don't want to get into camera shots and angles and every single detail --but on the other hand, you don't want to just write "they're fighting" and leave everything up to the director and actors.
This is a chance to shine and make your script stand out from all the others on the agent-reader-producer's pile of scripts -- entertain the reader, describe some aspects of the fight scene that make it unique, bizarre, dangerous, humorous....whatever!
Does your MC fight clumsily, or cleverly? using makeshift weapons? is it down and dirty or clumsy and awkward ( i.e. that very funny scene in BRIDGET JONES' DIARY, where Colin Firth and Hugh Grant are flailing away at each other -- obviously they're not gangbangers ;-))
Be inventive, and use the fight scene to reveal something about your character...and your writing talent.
And, as always, READ SCRIPTS for movies you've seen, for examples on how other writers have handled fight scenes. Just remember, those are usually shooting scripts and you won't want to put (m)any camera angles or shots in your script.
