As for me:

This is my second Script Frenzy, and my goal this year is just to finish since I had an epic fail last year with moving intervening in my writing process.

I'm not sure what I'll be writing yet, but inspiration will be sure to strike before April 1st. I'll more than likely be writing a television script or two.

Hi. :) I'm jannie/jenita, and technically I'm from Naperville but they don't have their own region for Screnzy. This is my first year (even though I've done NaNoWriMo four times), and I'm writing a steampunk/sci-fi tv series. :D

Hi I'm Eileen. This is my first script frenzy. Not sure what I'll be writing about but I think that it will be a stage play. Hopefully I'll have a better idea by April.

Hi My name is Melissa. This is my first year trying script frenzy. This past november was my first year trying nanowrimo, so I figured i'd try this too. I am not sure what I am going to try writing yet. I'm thinking along the lines of a stage play. I am teaming up with one of my friends though.

This will be my third attempt at Script Frenzy. I blew NaNo spectacularly this year, (it was a yucky, personally dark month, and I'm not one of those poetic souls who can channel angst into writing. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.) so hopefully I can succeed in Script Frenzy this year to make up for it. :)

I'm trying a Comic Book Script again this year, primarily because unlike a Movie or Television script, I can actually make it happen (thank you Daz Studio) on my own. :)

Hi everyone! This is my first year doing Script Frenzy but I won NaNoWriMo last year on the YWP program. Now that I'm 13 I decided to try going on the adult site and hopefully since I have a writing partner it won't be too hard. We're going to write a sitcom but we don't know what it's going to be about yet. Good luck!

I'm Jazz (or Shadow) and I'm writing a play for my drama production class as an honors project. I'll split my time during SF between school in the north suburbs and home in Wisconsin. This is my third SF, won the first two, and after a failed November '08, I'm definitely hoping for a win for SF this year.

I'm Yumira, and I've done NaNoWriMo a couple times (finally won last year~ <3) but I'm new to Screnzy. I'm doing a fantasy/drama graphic novel script set in the future, and I'm having a blast with the preparations. Hopefully, my first whack at Screnzy will be better than my first NaNo (which was during a Bad Time and went dead early).

Hey hey hey! So I'm Ayla and this is my first time doing Screnzy (is that the nickname?), kind of suckered into it by a friend of mine. I've done Nanowrimo for two years now and won both times, so I'm channeling my need to write on a deadline here. I miss Nanowrimo like grass misses a mower in the summertime, so this is my substitute while I'm waiting for November to roll around.

Hi, I'm lavender and this is my third year at Script Frenzy. I won the first and failed the second. I've also done NaNoWrimo for two years, and the pattern is the same, I won the first, but failed at the second. I'm not sure what will happen next month yet, but I'm hoping for the best!

Hey, I'm Karina, and this is my first Script Frenzy! I thought about doing it before, but this is the first year that I'm actually seriously going to do it!

I have a complete outline of what I want to write (I'm doing a stage play, which will be a epic/fantasy/mythology/comedy/drama) and I think I'm going to try to be an overachiever and set a higher goal for myself, like 200 pages! I like writing in a small font, so it's going to be awesome at the end when I go from 9 pt to 12 pt and see how much I've REALLY written. :) And I think I'm going to wait until the end to format, because worrying about formatting really slows me down... am I allowed to do that?

Anyway, I hope to meet some of you guys at the write-ins!

I'm Colleen; three years NaNo vet. I tried Screnzy for about three days last year then sort of folded up into a ball and died. But this year I will succeed! Oh, I will succeed...

Hi I'm Dave. This is my first time doing ScriptFrenzy, I've failed at NaNo 2 years running now (but I got much closer this November). I'm looking forward to Script Frenzy, because unlike with NaNo I already have a bunch of scripts planned out so all I have to do is make myself write them.

I will be writing episodes of an animated internet show. I've written two full episodes and some bits and pieces of others. (I'm in the process of animating the first episode.) The episodes run 15-20 pages depending on how descriptive I'm feeling. So hopefully by the end I'll have 5-7 more episodes ready to produce.

Hi, all! I'm Nancy and this will be my first official ScriptFrenzy. Toyed with the idea for a couple of years but I'm getting seriuos now. I've got an idea and a plan for the first couple of scenes -- so I'm ready to type FADE IN! Now if I could only figure out who the murderer is...

Hi! My name is Melissa or... Missie (I suppose) I am out of Spring Grove, but Chicago is the nearest big city for me.

This is my first year with ScriptFrenzy, I have done NaNoWriMo for 3 years, winning the first two (I failed last year after my dad's death at the beginning of the month) So I decided to try this out... and to use the unused plot from my unwritten novel for a Screenplay (and so far it is working out better than I thought).

Alright, now that I have stayed away from my script for long enough... I am going back...

Hi! Kinkatia here! First Screnzy in Chicago, second total. Last year, I made it to the goal, but it was a tormenting experience. I shall never write a musical about the life of an insane, mind-controlling character again.

This year, I'm writing, at least to begin with, a movie to be filmed in the basement of one of the residence halls on campus. I doubt it will make the 100 page mark, so I'll write some other little tidbits, too.

Hello, I'm Kathy. I've done Nano twice now, and figured I'd try this. Have a vague idea of what to write. As always, one of the hardest parts is getting started for me. Am writing with my girlfriend (she really really wanted to do this).

This is Roberta and I'm putting words down during this first frenzy. Actually my life has seen many frenzies, but this is the first Script Frenzy. I'm pulling a romantic comedy out of thin air. Nothing up my sleeve, but lots of sharpened pencils on the table.

My name's Kat. This is the first time I'm doing Script Frenzy. I completed NANO WRIMO in November and it just seems like one set of blocks after another. Hopefully this will help. I'm off to a rousing start - 0 pages.

I'm writing for the stage. So we'll see how it goes. I'm planning to finish - but that's as far as my goal goes!

Hello all! My name is PiaShantee and this is the first I've even heard of Screnzy! I guess that's the Chicago-style flavor we're giving it, huh? I'm not starting fresh, with a script so - I've uploaded a script I've already been working on. I'm in the process of tweaking it. I've actually written nearly five stage plays already, but have had none of them professionally read or performed (not sure how one goes about doing that anyway). I know they all have technical or continuity issues and would need a proper reading from fresh eyes to show me any kinks or bits that don't make sense. After you work on a play for a long time - your internal logic gets skewed and your mind compensates for mistakes that someone unfamiliar with the play would catch right away. Man - wishing I had some fresh eyes! XD Anyway - best of luck with all your stuff!!

I do hope that one day my plays will see the light of performance. This is a way of me putting that hope back out there, I guess.

I used this link to make a cool poster for my stage play. Granted the site only makes movie posters, but hey - I'm thinking ahead to when the big movie houses adapt my script for film!!

Here's my poster and I hope other people create one of their own and share the links in the Forums Scriptwriting 101 section here. There's just something amazing about seeing your work visually displayed like this (even if you created it yourself). It kind of gives weight to the dream.
