If you could not validate on time for technical issues...

A lot of people, due to reasons beyond their control, may not have been able to validate their scripts on time. Have no fear! We don't want you to be left behind. The page count validation tools have been disabled, so you won't be able to do it yourself, but we can help.

Time is of the essence if you wish to collect your special offers, but we can still absolutely validate you as a winner at any time.

I'm sure most of you have noticed that this forum works a bit differently than the old one did. No longer are we stuck with the ancient BB code... we've stepped up to XHTML, baby!

This... can be confusing. So, I'm going to do a quick primer of the tags you'll be using most often, and hopefully this will help you post signatures, add emphasis to your posts, and overall look REALLY cool.

Need to delete an account

I unwittingly made a new account to sign up for Script Frenzy. How do I get rid of that account and participate in Script Frenzy under my present Nanowrimo account? I do not want two accounts.

I can't change my script count!

It's a bit early, now the it's November, but I've started writing my script. I keep trying to change my script count, but nothing happens! How can I change it? I'll appreciate all the help.

My Movie Poster Won't Upload.

I have tried numerous times to upload the poster for my screenplay, but it just takes me to a blank screen! I'm going CRAZY! Any help??

The promotional code to claim a free copy of the book doesn't seem to work. When I press apply I just get a message that says 'The promotion code is invalid for this order.'

The Script Frenzy site says it doesn't expire until June 6, what's my problem here?

Problem with Sarah's video response page

On the home page under Sarah's video, there's a link for "What's yours?" that goes here:

It wants me to log in again, even when I'm already logged in. So when I try to log in again to post a response, it just hangs.

I think it may be a bug because it doesn't happen anywhere else.

I'd love to send a response to Sarah - I'll bet she thinks no one loves her! ;-)

[FIXED] Scrivener 50% off coupon

Hey. I was wondering if the Scrivener 50% off coupon is showing up for winners. When I see the page, I see a line that says, if you won your code will be below the paragraph, but there is no code, so is it not there yet, or did I not win?

I just arrived home from a very long day to realize my trail ended so I can't write. lol I have been looking for the answer, but I can't find it.

[FIXED] Broken link - Now what page

I got a Screnzy e-mail this afternoon, and the third link, to the Now What? page, sent me to an Access Denied page. Same thing when I got to a link using Google.

Is this just that it hasn't been posted yet, or is there an actual bug?
