Romance/Romantic Comedy
137 minutes to fade out.
Ever since I began yesterday, I've been working feverishly from page 10 and have made it to page 57. With 137 minutes remaining, there's no telling where this is gonna go. Still, I'm gonna work another night and try getting to 100 pages. I know I'll be late. But, at least I'm finishing it.

I know 30 days was the mark but after hitting that brick wall, I just couldn't move further. I wrote six pages last night and since then, I'm trying to write. But, my mind is not at all interested to. I don't know why. One thing is certain that I'm not gonna finish this time.

So I am about half way through my script and I have no title. I only have a working title, which I hate, so I won't tell it to you. The story line of my screen play is this:

My main character Julianne is in one word a workaholic. She's recovering from a bad breakup from years ago and is completely anit-guy...until the dare.
Her friends dare her to go out on a on a date a week. Unable to refuse, she accepts. One problem where do you go to meet a guy.
Anybody have some ideas of where she could go. I want zome zany outrageous ideas as well as some realistic ideas.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I'm anti romance, but...
apparently my subconcious has a secret wish to write this stuff. I don't get it at all. If I'm watching a love story, someone had better be suffering big time/died for me to get into it. Yet, it pops up in some of my stories.

Need Date Ideas
(I originally posted this in Plot Doctoring, but I just realized I might get a better response here.)
My romantic/slightly mysterious and dramatic movie, set in the year 5017, features a single mom who moves to a new place and is forced by law to marry a single father within her first six months in the new city.
Since they have no chance of fighting the law, the couple try to make the best of the situation, going out on dates and spending time with each others' kids.

Romance Requirements

I'm writing a horror story, but with a romance subplot. It's about a RichGuy falling for an OddGirl/Outsider. What would make these characters fall for each other? What would be some requirements in the plot for them to fall for each other, like, specific scenes. I'm a total newbie when it comes to romance. Any help would be appreciated.
