The Young Writers Program is a fun, free writing adventure for both educator-led student groups and young solo scribes. On the YWP site at ywp.scriptfrenzy.org, these brave young writers find all the resources they need for an unforgettable month of scriptwriting and creative exploration.
YWP participants get to set their own page-count goals for April's festival of scripts, and learn about the basics of scriptwriting through step-by-step boot camps. They also have the opportunity to make friends with other young writers around the world on our safe, private online message boards.
Educators teaching the program can download curriculum and student workbooks, and can order a completely free classroom scriptwriting kit, featuring a progress poster, stickers, and buttons.

Important Notes:
The YWP site is designed especially for kids and teens, up to age 17. Young writers 13 or older may sign up on the main site, but must commit to the 100-page goal.
The main and YWP sites are completely separate to ensure privacy and security for Young Writers Program participants. If you're taking part in the Young Writers Program site, you must register and sign-in through ywp.scriptfrenzy.org.
